Once all the details are complete, a completed Direct Debit Instruction will appear along with a summary of all information entered.
Should any of the details be incorrect or need amending, the user will be able to quickly step back to make any changes. At this point, the user will also be able to decide on their preferred communication by email or post and if email, the preferred format although defaults will be set for ease.
